I don’t ever have that problem. I have a husband, 3 kids, 3 dogs…plus I workout 6 days a week.

Pushing through tough workouts helped me realize my PASSION for fitness and getting healthy.
I have been on an amazing journey to get where I am today--I started working out consistently in July 2008-mostly with the Fluidity bar, and some other home workouts, and I've lost over 80 lbs.
I am still struggling with those last 15 lbs, but I am definitely hooked on getting healthy and seeing awesome results from my hard work!
Keeping the weight off-and setting that good example as a Mom-is not always easy, so support is always awesome to have.
